The animal would have caused a short circuit on a high voltage pylon located in a forest 10 kilometers from the entrance of Petit-Saut towards the common Sinnamary. Firefighters responded to approximately 23:00 for the situation to return earlier than normal.

A house in a neighborhood of St Laurent du Maroni caught fire because of candles replacement. Fortunately, no victims.

Slogans On Eating Healthy

Snow, foie gras and curl

This year, we wanted no more. The Christmas holidays were to go to France (note the passage of free indirect style ...)! So we took all our courage in both hands to type and three flights 15h plane. Thank you to United who warned us that the flights to Brussels were canceled (out of stock of icing because of the strike at the plant of Marseille). Through the phone call, we have not been blocked like apples overnight at the airport in Washington ...
In France, the trees were surprisingly gray, leafless. Soon, a strange white substance and cold began to fall from the sky and water from puddles became all hard and shiny. It had to be careful on the road, wear gloves, scarves, caps. Finally we got our dose of champagne, escargot, pate, foie gras, chocolates, logs, fresh oysters (that is to say, not roasted in the oven as Nola) and the whole shebang.
A nice Christmas as well as children.
opportunity also to review breezed a max of world we love very much and we miss at 90 meridians there ...

Milena Velba Wedding Dress

146 - Guyana, view Alunawalé

I just found a book published by the NFB that I find great.
He will summarize for you Guiana as I could never do. Also, I can not resist the urge to show you excerpts ...

The first step is to Awala-Yalimapo, not far from us. It is "our" beach.
Marie France and Marie Helene were able to enjoy ...

The second step is near Mana.

... and laterite, it stains !!!!!!!!!!!!
http://docler.blogspot.com/2007/07/41-nico-et-julie-en-4-x-4.html

The third step is totally unknown to us. We have heard much but we dig deep in the forest to see the famous "inselbergs".

Obviously, we do Guyana can not talk about the GOLD

We tried it and it has not found!

Returning to more familiar landscapes ... mangroves in particular.

Let now the Kaw swamp we had visited in August 2008:

And of course, do not forget to revisit the beauty of rivers, especially the Maroni on which we do not tire of us walk. And then there are too many articles on the rivers in my blog for me to list them all ... With you to discover ...
It will be the same for the forest ...

And we will end the "Amazon Forest": A "myth" that we now know a little more.

I hope this overview of Guyana, submitted by the NFB editions Did you like.

Happy Holidays New Year to all.

What's Mean : Belly Button ?

Downunder!

Adam and Mireille on waking after a (good) night camping

Adam has a patron worthy of the name, which literally runs through the earth to spend time with him but to come see us! Remembered there, this Australian birth, his escapade with her dad and aunt (and godmother) 8 months, to the famous red rock? Probably not, but as to us, we will not forget!

Sunset on Mount Olga

Our trip has started badly, taxi to the airport late, and despite my lack of oversized beard, was very nearly taken me for a terrorist during checks at the airport because I had "forgotten" my butane in my backpack. Rookie mistake, Australia, or almost all campsites offer a free gas stoves available to everyone. In short, my punishment was light, confiscation and has put the garbage in my butane, that's all.

the rock! the rock!

The big red rock, Ayers Rock or Uluru, whatever, deserves its reputation for tourism. One might think that the beauty of the place is tarnished by the hordes of tourists poured into the bus by sunset view area, or population density approach that of the Paris metro, while everything else aspires only emptiness, nothingness, has space. The sunset photo and grain department 365 days a year, is a bit cliche-much-is true. But nobody can deny the impressive beauty and immeasurable feeling peace that emanates from the stone thrown by chance in the middle of nothing, and that is tinted in a thousand colors during the day.

stradda!

Nothern After the Territory and its red rock, we flew back to Queensland and especially North Stradbroke Island off Brisbane. What I will remember for my part of this island, are the skies, huge, cloudy, blue, beautiful as'y lose. The resort had everything that we greeted Queensland, exceptional value for money as they say here, that is to say excellent value for money. Seaview, duplex, barbecue terrace, swimming pool a few steps short, luxury, calm and voluptuousness. Dolphins in the brochure showed us any more than their fins but we saw a wild kangaroo. Phew, the myth turned into reality, Mireille can leave reassured with a kangaroo caught on camera!

two parallel lines intersect at infinity - follow the road to infinity!

Back in Sydney, then it is soon leaving for Mireille. Last evening in the city, sushi train on George Street and nightcap in front of the opera, and that's it, travel is going as fast as lightning ! Note that Mireille has almost never leave, its flight program as the A380 A380 ... but no longer steal, due to defective Rolls Royce ... Finally, Boeing replaced Mireille Airbus was able to fly a light heart, find his family and take care of her refrigerator case (private joke).

Go mireille, it is a celebration, you want to drink what? I offer it!
a DRC Romanee St Vivant 1985 was $ 2,950 a bottle! ...
rather you not want a beer?

opera! opera!
